I’ve not been to Beat-herder yet, this year will be my first year.I didn’t go to festival’s for a few years, I kinda had a little break from them.I began attending festival’s again last year and the energy and inspiration and love for life that I have felt has given me to the will to want to live again – Yes! I’ve been very dark for a few years. The shamania Festival last year up Pendle Hill brought me back to life again.

Pendle Hill and Gisburn where the Beat Herder festival is held is in the most beautiful countryside. It’s where I grew up, It’s so nice to see old freinds. I will put a picture here of Last year’s Beat Herder festival. The picture is from Madsnapper. He takes photo’s of people smiling and enjoying festival’s. I met him last year at the shamania festival. He takes great picture’s.

I so love this picture. Beat Herder will be my first festival this year.

YAY!!

Let’s all feel and share the love we have for each other and our land.Thank God for festival’s.

Festival’s to me are oppurtunity’s to celebrate life. I so love the rain and the mud. It’s unfortunate to display the picture here as it’s lost some of the detail of the rain but I just love it so much.

OH!! The Sunrise at festival’s. I can’t wait.

One Response to “First festival this year – Beatherder.”

  1. Well…

Beat-Herder won’t be my first festival this year. I have already done one, one that I wasn’t planning. It was a spur of the moment one. I went to the Beltania festival celebrating Beltane, the time of fertility.

It was a very special festival for me as far as fertility is concerned. Can’t speak about it – want to, but let’s just say one of my friends was waiting for news from her body to see if she was pregnant. I held my tummy the whole festival for her. Yay! she’s pregnant. I also has the pleasure to meet another lady with a similar purpose. I’ve been holding my tummy for her to.

I’ve not been very well and got offered a place in a camper van which was nice, my first festival in a camper van – luxury or what.

How-ever, I over did it . I stayed another day, which wasn’t planned. Five days. I set of Friday morning and got home Tuesday t-time. Hehe!! I had a ball.

    But !

I’ve payed the price for four weeks now. I got infected. I have emphysema. It’s taken two lot’s of antiabotic’s and lots of being poorly to get to feeling a bit better.

    I’ve learnt.

Beat-herder will be fantastic and I won’t overdo it. ( she say’s ) It will in fact be my last smoking festival. I plan to give up smoking, I plan to live.

    How wierd is this.

My next appoitment with the specalist is August the 5th. The day after I get back from the Shamania Festival. The Shamania festival gave me a want to live again last year and this year The Shamania Festival this year will be a contributing factor to me taking my last puff on a fag. Hopefully.

I planned to walk out of the specalist office on the 5th August a non-smoker, I didn’t realize it was the day after Shamania.

I talked some about my condition that I have to say had just been diagonosed on the Tuesday before The Beltania Festival at Beltania to radom strangers and came home wanting to give up smoking.

How mad is that. I’ve never wanted to give up smoking – ever.

Hehe! I was telling my friend who is an orginazer of the Shamania Festival and check this out. He gave me a free ticket for the festival. How sweet is that. I saved meself 60 quid.

Yes -Beatherder will be my last smoking comftably festival, then Shamania in preparation for the specalist.

Festivals work – for all different people for all different reason’s. I love the energy that I give and that I recieve at festival’s and the real beauty is it’s free.

    So.

What the bloody hell am I wittering on about here.

Love to all and if you stumble upon this post, please wish me luck and life with my giving up smoking plight. I’m trying to think of things and ways to make it good

You wanna see all the smoking material I’ve bought. I’m looking at it all and thinking OMG ! How on earth will I get through all of that. OH! How fucked up will it be if I smoke myself to death before the appoitment.

I’m kinda having my smoking party.

    It’s a world.
